Lying on the boundaries of the Austin Bluffs Open Space with Pulpit Rock as its closest neighbor, Erindale has the wilds of Colorado right at its doorstep. Altogether they cover 586 acres, making this one of the largest open space parcels in the city. The lower part of the trail to Pulpit Rock is handicap accessible. Hiking, horses, bikes and leashed dogs can all share in the anticipation of the great outdoors—Colorado style.

While secreted in its enclave, Erindale is adjacent to every amenity that Colorado Springs offers. Chapel Hills Mall is minutes away. There are fitness centers and spas, while Pine Creek golf course is 10 minutes away where the finest of greens and clubhouse await. Interstate 25 is easily accessible with a direct route to the Air Force Academy or for traveling to Denver. Woodmen provides an east/west route to the Powers corridor.
